Policy Statement
This policy details the hours for Schewe Library and its respective service desks. Hours are set by library administration, and are subject to change. When the library is closed, the library is not available for use by Illinois College students, faculty, or staff (except building employees).
Library Hours:
Spring & Fall Semesters
Monday - Thursday | 7:45 a.m. to 11:00 p.m.
Friday | 7:45 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
Saturday | noon to 5:00 p.m.
Sunday | noon to 11:00 p.m.
The Library will be closed on all campus holidays.
Summer Semester
Monday-Friday / 8:00AM-5:00PM
Saturday-Sunday / closed
Closures
Throughout the calendar year, library closures will mirror Illinois College's closures. Schewe Library also reserves the right to close for library-localized events of concern (flooding, fire, gas leaks, etc.) and employee professional development.
