Hi Folks,
In our final library module, we're going to pull things together by working on citation. I'm sure you all have cited material in some form or another by this point, but hopefully after working through the citation video/handout pair for this week you'll have learned something new and will be able to produce citations a little easier than you were able to before.
Once you've worked through the handout and video, it's time to formally cite the remaining materials in your library annotated bibliography assignment. At this point you should have 2 books, 2 scholarly articles, and 2 Internet resources (6 total) left in your annotated bibliography. For this week's work, you will cite those resources in the MLA 8 citation style.
Though the resources on this page should be very helpful in getting correct citations for your sources, you can also use Schewe Library's main citation page for help, located at https://library.ic.edu/cite/howtocite. Good luck!

The above websites will help you to build an individual citation from scratch or just a URL. For citation machines that allow you to not only cite sources but also organize them, we recommend Zotero or Mendeley. Both work for PC or Mac, phone or computer, and can be downloaded into your search engines as plugins or be web-based through a website.
